** How did you start your journey?

We started with teaching 4 students at our home in 2006 in Gurukul education pattern giving personalized attention to every child teaching more than school with 100% success rate making every kid feel superior in school.

** What was the Idea /Vision behind starting Happy Learning Centre (HLC)

Schools are mass education centers creating innumerous failures and inferiority complex in kids. “No child is a failure in school, it is the teacher who has failed” Why do we punish kids for non performance?.  HLC created solution to the problem.

We are personal performance trainers, teaching in a memorisable format at the PACE of the child, running a MORE THAN school program ensuring our kids to be WINNERS, enjoying quality education.

We teach more than 120 kids at 7 outlets. We run a Teachers Entrepreneurship program to expand our network pan India.

** How do you think education can bring a change in a child's overall growth

Personalized education can harness the inner force and wake up the sleeping giant in every kid

** What do you teach in your centers?

We run batches of 4 kids for English Grammar, Spoken English, Vocabulary builder, Creative essay /story writing from class 1 .We have IIT math’s foundation from class 5. We train for IPM, Olympiad and Spell bee .We have special batches from Sr. KG on mastering reading, writing and vocabulary. We prepare kids for all school entrance Exam.

** How do you plan to change Indian schooling?

We have started Florida Virtual Schooling to get US certificate sitting in India from STD 6-12.

** What is your success mantra?

We teach Vipassana meditation and goal visualization. Our dedicated Quality department monitors the quality of teaching and life skills development of kids

** What does your husband say about you?

Richa says “It feels great when my husband says with pride – My wife is the best teacher, who has the passion and capability to maximize each child’s potential and bring the best out of them”

** What do you suggest women who have passion for teaching?

We are looking for women entrepreneurs to join us in our mission & to bring change in India’s education.

*We conduct Free workshop for 2 hrs on How to improve in studies in all centers every Sunday for all parents and kids.

Why do you teach your kids before school Teaches?

 We teach at the pace of the child understanding to make our kids feel superior to others when they can answer all questions in school.

Why do you take recorded teach back session from each kid?

Our Quality Dept. checks whether each student has grasped the topic clearly and is able to express with ease.  Kids can revise at home through video and parents to monitor the child progress.

What is the ideal ratio for teaching?

 4 kids in one class is the ideal ratio for teaching.

When do children lose confidence?

When Kids don’t clear doubts fearing ridicule in school and mass tutorials.

Why your teachers are called personal performance trainers?

We train 4 kids at a time. One can cook tasty food on 4 gas burners but cannot do the same on 40 burners, the same goes with schools & mass tutorials.

Your tuition rates are higher than others?

We are a high performance, high quality, premium tutorial teaching 4 kids a batch with a higher price tag. Most of our kids are rank holders in school and Olympiad exams.

Why do you have a Quality department?

Our Quality Monitoring team analyses the video recording to check the standards of teaching imparted and for giving feedback to kids and parents regularly and teachers are given regular feedback of  the teaching methodology.

Why do you pay your teachers higher than market rate?

When teaching becomes a highly paid profession then talented teacher will be created.

What is the ideal education?

Teaching in a project based methodology with personalized learning where Learning is an enjoyable and memorable experience.

What is the core problem of students in today’s scenario?

Poor foundation of subjects in the early years of education creates continuous poor performance in schools for many years which makes the child hate education.

What are the current problems in Indian Education?

Since schools with 40 kids in class do not provide a personalized learning environment for perfect understanding. Parents should understand the importance of investing in before school education program in the early years for strong foundation for better confidence and creation of value based life skills.

Why do you conduct Robotics and Aeromodeling classes?

 We need scientific, creative and innovative kids for our space school to create patents and copyrights.

When do you plan to start Space Exploration Schools in India?

We are currently training our kids in our tutorials to prepare them to study in Space Schools in Thane in 2017.

1.      Why is the method of your tutorial different from the rest?

We work a lot on the psychology of the child. We use goal visualizing as a tool to rectify errors and enhance memory.

2.      What is the difference in Home Tuition's and you’re learning center?

We have well trained teachers to understand the learning pattern and memory problems.

In English we correct the verbal skills first then written skills .In Maths you need well trained educators to create the logic tree in the kids. Poor Logic tree creates poor performance in the long run

3.      What are the major factors of poor memory?

Excess electronic influence, especially listening to songs on the earphones for a long time. Violent video games create attention deficit problems and behavior problems.

4.      What are the benefits of daily meditation and Goal visualization?

We make kids reach various levels of concentration in a few months to solve memory & behavior problems in kids thus bringing stability in otherwise hyper conduct.

We use the inner force of creativity to transform kids to top performer in a few months.

5.      How do parents solve the problem of poor performance of kids?

When kids fall sick they are taken to a qualified doctor, but when they perform poorly in school they are taken to their neighbor who may not be trained educators thus resulting in low performance.

6.      Why parents prefer their neighbor as teachers in the early years of education?

Convenience and cheaper fees and lack of knowledge of the future consequences of a sub- standard training.

7.      Why is foundation so important in the early years of education?

A huge building cannot be constructed on a weak foundation. Same way big dreams cannot be achieved by poor foundation created by poorly trained educators.

8.      Do you provide teachers training?

We train teachers over a period of 3-6 months to certify them.

9.      What are the disadvantages of Home tuition?

Most of the people who are teaching from home are not able to detect the error in learning and are unable to correct the various problems of early childhood. In terms of high performance and perfection in education, they are unskilled.

10.   What type of kids come to your tutorial?

Most of the kids who come to us are kinesthetic learners and have come after getting continuous poor performance for years and changing teachers every few months. They have very low self-confidence and a poor foundation.

11.   Do you deal with learning disability, ADHD?

Yes we cater to such kids. We had some kids who came from Nigeria and Dubai for a month.

12.   What is your forte?

We are able to transform kids as a top performer in a few months.

13.   What are your Business timings?

We work between 6 am to 10 pm. Each batch is for 1.5 hours with 4 kids.

14.   Why are you planning to open Home schooling in India like the US?

Kids can study at their own pace and be winners which is the main aim in life. We have only 4 -6 kids in one class for personal training.

15.   Why do you conduct spoken English classes?

These are critical life skills for the child. The smartness of the child is determined by the way he talks. Smart talkers are successful businessmen . All great people are great talkers with a touch of class.

16.   So according to you, spoken English is the need of the hour?

Absolutely. Today, one is judged based on his Language skills more than anything else. English being the prime language, one who speaks flawless English always leaves a mark wherever he goes! We aim at correcting the oratory skills of kids at a young age itself.

17. How are you expanding your tutorial network?

We are partnering with Preschools like Serra, Kidszee and other preschools for tutorials
