** How did you start your journey?
We started with teaching 4 students at our home in 2006 in Gurukul education pattern giving personalized attention to every child teaching more than school with 100% success rate making every kid feel superior in school.
** What was the Idea /Vision behind starting Happy Learning Centre (HLC)
Schools are mass education centers creating innumerous failures and inferiority complex in kids. “No child is a failure in school, it is the teacher who has failed” Why do we punish kids for non performance?. HLC created solution to the problem.
We are personal performance trainers, teaching in a memorisable format at the PACE of the child, running a MORE THAN school program ensuring our kids to be WINNERS, enjoying quality education.
We teach more than 120 kids at 7 outlets. We run a Teachers Entrepreneurship program to expand our network pan India.
** How do you think education can bring a change in a child's overall growth
Personalized education can harness the inner force and wake up the sleeping giant in every kid
** What do you teach in your centers?
We run batches of 4 kids for English Grammar, Spoken English, Vocabulary builder, Creative essay /story writing from class 1 .We have IIT math’s foundation from class 5. We train for IPM, Olympiad and Spell bee .We have special batches from Sr. KG on mastering reading, writing and vocabulary. We prepare kids for all school entrance Exam.
** How do you plan to change Indian schooling?
We have started Florida Virtual Schooling to get US certificate sitting in India from STD 6-12.
** What is your success mantra?
We teach Vipassana meditation and goal visualization. Our dedicated Quality department monitors the quality of teaching and life skills development of kids
** What does your husband say about you?
Richa says “It feels great when my husband says with pride – My wife is the best teacher, who has the passion and capability to maximize each child’s potential and bring the best out of them”
** What do you suggest women who have passion for teaching?
We are looking for women entrepreneurs to join us in our mission & to bring change in India’s education.
*We conduct Free workshop for 2 hrs on How to improve in studies in all centers every Sunday for all parents and kids.
